 The Director of Information Technology provides leadership and long-term vision in the development and management of the enterprise-wide IT program.  The Director will lead in the planning and implementation of technology solutions for the entire company while providing leadership to ensure advancements arrive on schedule, on budget, and with a high degree of quality.  Consults with management to analyze computer and telecommunication system needs for management information and functional operations, to determine scope and priorities of projects, and to discuss system capacity and equipment acquisitions.  Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, hardware and software purchases, budget and staffing.  Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation of information and functional systems for the organization.  Requires experience in the area of ERP implementation and business integration post mergers and acquisitions specifically in technology planning to support business goals.  Experience in financial management information systems including MAXX and MOVEX/M3 is a plus.
