 Job Description

Direct all sales activities for the Western zone and oversee the implementation efforts of Regional Sales Directors and Relationship Managers to achieve sales objectives and strategies.  Lead Channel Relationship Management in Zone (Research, Clinical, Manufacturer Reps, Independent Channel Partners).  Will play a key role in seeking out new business potentials to achieve maximum results for the company in total.  Develop leadership talent through mentoring, training and cross functional involvement. Oversee a budget of $100MM.  Lead Key Account Management. Bachelors Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, and a minimum of 3-7 years of laboratory sales management experience is required.  Experience with both direct and distribution selling environments.  Experience selling into research, pharmaceutical, clinical markets.
