Will lead the development of medical devices using leading edge and innovative technologies. Groups will include: Research, Product Development and Process Development. Requirements: 10 + years of progressive experience in research & development of bio-tech products, Previous experience directing product development staff. 15+ years of new product development experience in medical device industry. Previous demonstrated achievements in leading the development of medical devices using leading edge and innovative technologies. Demonstrated partnership relationships with leading practitioners in their related field. Effective leadership skills in inspiring, organizing, driving and executing results through others. Demonstrated communication skills for a broad range of professional and technical audiences. Ability to lead others in critical thinking and problem solving. Demonstrated leadership ability to coach others to achieve superior results in technical project execution. Ability to lead others in the effective use of statistical experimental design and analysis techniques. Experience in use of Design for Six Sigma.
Requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science or related field. Masters degree or other post-baccalaureate degree in Engineering, Science or related field is preferred.
